IT and network support (including SLAs)

Non IT support Non IT, technical work, i.e tidying up or installing cabinets, tidying up server room and desktop cables, short or small number of network point installations. Quotation will be sent depending on the job requirements. R350 / hour
Non IT support Larger cabling jobs, charged per point. Quotation will be sent depending on the job requirements. R650 per point
IT Support (Basic) On demand support. Desktop and basic IT work support for smaller offices and home users, e.g. general hardware and software installations, basic fault finding, network configurations (adsl, 3g, fibre, hi speed wireless), email, printers etc. R410 / hour
IT Support (Advanced) On demand advanced support. Server and advanced network installations/support (e.g. setting up or debugging Cisco equipment, Voip Networks, servers etc). Depends on teh complexity of the job. R500 to R700 / hour depending on job
IT Audit Onsite audit of a company’s IT infrastructure with the aim of advising the company’s management on the state of their existing systems and possible future recommendations. R450 / hour
   SLA     (Hourly) Prepaid hourly IT support for smaller companies requiring monthly assistance with general hardware and software installations, basic fault finding, networks, configurations, email, printers etc. Any hardware and software needed, not included by the SLA rate. Server and advanced network work not covered by this rate. R300/hour for agreed hours, R410/hour thereafter
SLA    (Network) Prepaid Monthly. Covers mostly Level 2 support and management of IT networking infrastructure and architecture only. No desktop or server support included with the exception of any server work linked to the network and/or architecture (linked to network). See our approach to IT. Estimated company focused time, up to 20 hours per month. R4 000 / month 
    SLA    (Basic) Prepaid Monthly. Covers support and management of IT infrastructure for smaller companies with 1 server instance (VM) and less than 15 users. Covers all network and server work as well as a “reasonable amount” of desktop support. Any hardware and software needed, not included by SLA rate. See our approach to IT. Estimated company focused time, up to 20 hours per month. R4 000 / month 
SLA   (Standard) Prepaid Monthly. Covers support and management of IT infrastructure for companies with several servers instances (VMs) and less than 50 users. Covers all network and server work as well as a “reasonable amount” of desktop support. Any hardware and software needed, not included by SLA rate. See our approach to IT. Estimated company focused time, up to 40 hours per month. R8 000 / month
SLA  (Advanced) Prepaid Monthly. Covers support and management of IT infrastructure for companies with multiple servers (VM instances), complex networks including Voip, Cisco networks and more than 50 users. Covers all network and server work as well as a “reasonable amount” of desktop support. Because of the size of these organisations, most usually have their own first line Level 1 support onsite and we provide backup to this as well as managing the Level 2 support (servers and network). Any hardware and software needed, not included by SLA rate. See our approach to IT. Estimated company focused time, > 50 hours per month. R14 000 / month
